Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the Global Brand Lead and marketing team to develop and execute integrated global marketing plans.
- Translate brand strategies into actionable campaigns across digital, social, community, CRM, influencer, paid media, retail, platform, and partner channels.
- Manage campaign workstreams surrounding major milestones, including announcements, launches, content updates, seasonal events, and community activations.
- Oversee day-to-day campaign planning, timelines, approvals, budgets, localization requirements, and deliverables across global markets.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to develop and deliver campaign assets.
- Review creative materials and provide strategic feedback to ensure alignment with brand positioning and target audience expectations.
- Cook up with studio, PR, social, community, media, creative, commercial, and platform teams to ensure consistent global execution.
- Monitor player sentiment, community discussions, competitive trends, and cultural moments to identify opportunities and potential risks.
- Utilize consumer research, audience insights, community feedback, and performance metrics to optimize campaign effectiveness.
- Prepare campaign presentations, status updates, performance reports, and strategic recommendations for stakeholders and leadership.
- Support creator, community, partnership, and brand collaboration opportunities that align authentically with the audience.
- Drive cross-functional communication, meeting cadence, decision-making processes, and campaign accountability.
Required Qualifications
- Passion for marketing, video games, gaming communities, and the evolving gaming landscape.
- 4+ years of experience in brand marketing, product marketing, integrated marketing, entertainment marketing, gaming, media, communications, or a related field.
- Previous experience supporting or marketing video game products strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with community-led, multiplayer, co-op, indie, AA, live-service, PC-first, or long-tail gaming experiences preferred.
- Strong strategic thinking with experience supporting positioning, audience strategy, creative briefs, and go-to-market planning.
- Experience managing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including: Digital Marketing, Social Media, Paid Media, Influencer Marketing, CRM, Community Marketing, Retail/Channel Marketing, Partner Marketing.
- Ability to translate research, audience insights, community feedback, and performance data into actionable recommendations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation development and stakeholder communications.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience evaluating creative work against brand objectives, audience needs, channel requirements, and player expectations.
- Familiarity with gaming platforms and communities such as Discord, Reddit, Twitch, YouTube, TikTok, and Steam is a plus.
- Experience working with creative, media, social, community, digital, or influencer agencies preferred.
- Experience supporting major intellectual property (IP) brands is helpful but not required.
- Proven ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional teams, agencies, regional partners, and studios.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
