About the role

The District Manager leads security operations within a designated portfolio, ensuring high-quality service delivery, profitability, and client satisfaction. They oversee daily operations, coordinate client transitions, and develop site supervisors and account managers through coaching and training. The role emphasizes maintaining client and employee retention, managing branch profitability, and fostering a culture of integrity, vigilance, and helpfulness.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage security operations and staff.
• Ensure service quality and profitability goals are met.
• Oversee client relationships and satisfaction drivers.
• Coordinate new client onboarding and business integration.
• Train, develop, and coach site supervisors and managers.
• Promote employee and client retention initiatives.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old with an associate degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in security or business management.
• Strong organizational, technological, and communication skills.
• Ability to work across all levels, ensuring high-quality customer service and compliance.
