Manager, Financial Reporting - Manufacturing Clients

Responsibilities

• Review and deliver financial reports and KPIs.
• Aid with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow modeling.
• Provide technical accounting assistance to clients and internal engagement teams.
• Develop and coach staff and senior accountants.
• Collaborate with advisory teams and external partners.
• Assist with onboarding new clients, including system setup and process documentation.
• Maintain team KPIs and implement process improvements.
• Support the integration of new technology platforms and train team members on system enhancements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business required.
• 4–6 years of experience in public or private accounting, preferably within manufacturing, retail, or distribution industries.
• 3+ years of experience managing associates and/or teams.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, including financial statements, KPIs, and cash flow.
• Exposure to manufacturing or distribution accounting, including cost accounting, inventory valuation, or operational reporting.
• Ability to build strong client relationships and effectively partner with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience with accounting systems (e.g., QuickBooks Online, Sage Intacct) and the ability to adopt new technologies.
• CPA or similar certification preferred; ability to travel up to 10%.

Pay

The estimated base pay range for this role is $97,000 to $145,000 with offers typically not made at the maximum, allowing for future salary increases. The actual salary at the time of offer depends on business related factors like location, skills, experience, training/education, licensure, certifications, business needs, current associate pay, and relevant employment laws.
