Responsibilities
- Evaluate performance variances
- Partner with senior leadership to identify improvement opportunities
- Cook up the long-range financial plan, capital planning, and annual budget across all functional areas
- Safeguard organizational assets
- Ensure the integrity of PHS financial records
- Deliver timely, accurate financial reporting and analysis
- Coordinate annual planning
- Analyze variances
- Lead the preparation and distribution of financial reports
- Develop policies
- Evaluate allocation methods
- Support leadership reporting
- Assess financial reserves
- Support external audits
- Ensure data integrity
- Strengthen financial operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field is required
- Four to five years of healthcare accounting experience is required
- A CPA license is preferred

Pay Range Minimum Offer: $87,526.40
Pay Range Maximum Offer: $133,660.80
