Responsibilities

  • Evaluate performance variances
  • Partner with senior leadership to identify improvement opportunities
  • Cook up the long-range financial plan, capital planning, and annual budget across all functional areas
  • Safeguard organizational assets
  • Ensure the integrity of PHS financial records
  • Deliver timely, accurate financial reporting and analysis
  • Coordinate annual planning
  • Analyze variances
  • Lead the preparation and distribution of financial reports
  • Develop policies
  • Evaluate allocation methods
  • Support leadership reporting
  • Assess financial reserves
  • Support external audits
  • Ensure data integrity
  • Strengthen financial operations

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field is required
  • Four to five years of healthcare accounting experience is required
  • A CPA license is preferred

Pay

Pay Range Minimum Offer: $87,526.40
Pay Range Maximum Offer: $133,660.80
