Responsibilities
- Liaison with landlords for all lease properties.
- Cook up and coordinate all construction, renovation and installations projects.
- Administrative contact with engineering, safety, purchasing, security and risk management department of Montefiore Medical Center.
- Direct supervision of all central office support services staff such as messenger services, transportation, maintenance, housekeeping and security staff.
- Manage telecommunications systems at all sites including: troubleshooting problems, arranging routine & emergency maintenance, training new employees on telephone use, monitoring phone bills and coordinating with Montefiore Medical Center Department of Support Services.
- Enforce health and safety standards at all sites in accordance with OASAS, TJC, DOH, DOHMH standards.
- Conduct routine site safety inspections at all locations, as well as Fire & Emergency drills to ensure compliance and minimize risk.
- Cook up labor relations meetings and manage union issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3 Years of Experience in construction or facilities management and OSHA regulations

- The capacity to work well in a collaborative team environment.
- Highly organized and be able to work independently.
- Excellent decision-making skills, and an ability to manage multiple projects.
- Strong computer skills are required.
Pay
$85,720.75 - $107,150.94
Schedule
Regular hours are 9:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday through Friday and must be able to work various shifts and locations depending on operational needs.
