Manager, Environmental, Health, Safety & Security (EHS&S) - Sturgis, MI Plant

This position works out of our Sturgis, MI location in the Abbott Nutrition division. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (with preference for Environmental, Occupational Health, Safety, or related field)
- 5–7 years of experience in Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) roles
- Strong knowledge of applicable EHS regulatory standards and compliance requirements
- Experience managing EHS programs and ensuring plant-wide compliance
- Ability to interact effectively with regulatory agencies, corporate leadership, and employees at all levels
- Experience managing budgets related to EHS and security functions
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of Michigan Environmental, Health, and Safety regulations
- Proven leadership experience managing teams and influencing safety culture
- Experience in industrial hygiene, occupational health, and facility security programs
- Strong background in safety training development and delivery
Pay
The base pay for this position is $113,300.00 – $226,700.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
