Manager - Enrollment

About the role

The Manager, Enrollment will manage, coach, and develop an enrollment team under minimal supervision. This role is responsible for meeting and exceeding enrollment budgets, interviewing and hiring new team members, and ensuring high performance through coaching, mentoring, and performance reviews. The position has authority to initiate disciplinary action and reward performance.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily functions of the enrollment team.
• Meet and exceed set enrollment targets on a regular basis.
• Coach, mentor, and train enrollment advisors.
• Collaborate with other managers to develop best practices.
• Perform and execute quarterly and annual performance reviews.
• Assist in interviewing and hiring new enrollment staff.
• Develop new strategies for success within the enrollment department.
• Participate in assigned committees and teams within the organization.
• Communicate new policies and changes impacting enrollment with academic teams.
• Perform other duties as assigned and comply with all policies and standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (required).
• At least four years of work experience in customer service.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and internet applications.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively with customers and coworkers.

Schedule

Hybrid schedule with four in-office days per week (Monday–Thursday).

Pay

The expected salary range for this position is between $80,696.34 and $95,230.14. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, training, geographic location, licensure, certifications, market factors, departmental budgets, and responsibility.
