About the role
Join Quartz as a Manager, Enrollment and lead a team responsible for delivering accurate, timely, and exceptional enrollment services. In this role, you'll oversee daily enrollment operations, drive process improvements, and partner across the organization to ensure operational excellence and a seamless member experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop the Enrollment team while fostering a culture of engagement, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Ensure appropriate staffing, workload distribution, training, and performance management to meet operational and service-level goals
- Oversee enrollment operations, including workflow management, inventory monitoring, quality assurance, productivity, and timeliness metrics
- Identify and implement process improvements that enhance operational efficiency, accuracy, customer experience, and regulatory compliance
- Analyze operational data and performance reports to identify trends, address issues, and support informed decision-making
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, technical teams, and business partners to resolve system and process challenges, support projects, and implement enhancements
- Lead departmental participation in strategic initiatives, process improvements, and cross-functional projects
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, HIPAA standards, and confidentiality guidelines
- Provide oversight of customer experience for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring high-quality service and issue resolution
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree and 5 years of experience working with health insurance, specifically in Enrollment
- Associate’s Degree and 8 years of experience working with health insurance, specifically in Enrollment
- High School Equivalency and 11 years of experience working with health insurance, specifically in Enrollment
- Must have three (3) years of experience leading a unit within a health insurance environment
