Manager, Enrollment
About This Position
The Manager – Enrollment role reports to our Director of Enrollment and has responsibility for leading a team of enrollment specialists and coordinators. The team is accountable for managing a large volume of transactions to on-board new and existing clients with high quality and client satisfaction.
What You'll Do
- Manages the daily operations of the department
- Maintain quality control process to ensure every enrollment is completed in a timely and high quality manner
- Works with key clients and helps resolve escalated situations
- Selects, trains, motivates, supervises, and evaluates the work performance of staff
- Analyzes and forecasts staffing requirements
- Develops and maintains metrics to manage work queues and track work assignments
- Performs other duties as assigned by manager
What You'll Need
- Bachelor degree is a must
- 3 years of relevant experience with enrollment process
- Leadership experience, leading a team or project teams
- Significant relationship skills for interfacing with clients, Senior Staff, ZirMed Associates and Payers
- Track record of creating an energized and empowered team
