Job Summary Are you a pharma field operations expert looking to lead critical technology integrations for a top-tier global life sciences leader? We are seeking a Manager, CRM & Field Platforms to serve as the key business leader optimizing our customer engagement technology ecosystem. Supporting a major integration initiative following a recent acquisition, you will bridge the gap between commercial field teams, IT, and digital innovation. location: Cambridge, Massachusetts job type: Contract salary: $75 - 85 per hour work hours: 9 to 5 education: Bachelors Responsibilities Serve as the primary business owner for Veeva CRM, driving platform enhancements, release planning, and governance across commercial teams.Lead business requirements gathering and end-to-end delivery of key CRM projects to streamline field workflows.Drive the adoption of AI-enabled CRM capabilities, workflow automation, and digital engagement technologies.Support seamless platform integrations with analytics, enterprise systems, and communication platforms.Collaborate cross-functionally with Commercial Operations, IT, Digital, and Compliance to align platform functionality with business goals.
