Responsibilities
- Conduct analysis to identify shrink and profit loss liability
- Identify solutions and implement controls to mitigate losses
- Integrate loss prevention as a key component of all business functions
- Communicate process enhancements or changes effectively
- Select, develop, and motivate assigned team members
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in loss prevention or a relevant field
- At least 1 year of management or supervisory experience
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
