Loss Prevention Manager

About the role

We are seeking a super-heroic, ultra-vigilant, calm, cool, and collected Loss Prevention Manager to join our team. You’ll be responsible for the safety and security of the hotel’s guests, staff, and personal property—and for mentoring your team to operate with excellence.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety and security of the hotel’s guests, staff, and personal property.
• Mentor and lead a team to operate with excellence in safety and security operations.
• Make smart, thoughtful decisions to maintain safety and security, creating a positive impact.
• Remain calm under pressure and adapt to the demands of a 24-hour operation.

Requirements

• Passionate about safety and security with a minimum of 1 year of similar work experience.
• Post-secondary diploma, degree, or industry-related certifications would be a plus.
• Experience in safety and security operations.
• Strong team player with a detail-oriented approach.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.
