About the role

Play a pivotal role in driving strategic transformation across regional operations. In this role, you will lead change strategies for enterprise-wide initiatives, partnering with leaders and project teams to guide organizations through complex transitions. Your work will support adoption, reinforce new ways of working, and ensure sustainable outcomes aligned to future-state operations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead regional change initiatives that shape how the business operates and evolves.
  • Partner closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams on high-priority programs.
  • Design and execute communication and training plans that support successful transitions.
  • Influence adoption and engagement across diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Apply a structured change framework to deliver measurable, lasting results.
  • Contribute to enterprise capability by embedding change practices into initiatives.
  • Build visibility and credibility as a trusted advisor on transformation efforts.

Requirements

  • Education Requirement: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Related Experience: 7-10 years

Qualifications

  • Experience leading enterprise or large-scale change initiatives with measurable adoption outcomes.
  • Expertise in stakeholder analysis, organizational impact assessment, and transition planning.
  • Background in developing targeted communication and training strategies for diverse audiences.
  • Experience defining success metrics and evaluating change effectiveness across project phases.
  • Commitment to building change management capability within teams and programs.

Pay

Pay Range: $74290 per year - $96140 per year

Schedule

Individual contributor within the organization focuses on completing specific tasks and projects; contributing directly through their skills and expertise. Performs specialized technical tasks to support operations. Work is primarily achieved independently, however may collaborate with a team.
