Responsibilities

  • Ensures that all operations and programming in the outpatient PHP/IOP or IP programs operate efficiently and professionally while providing a high standard of customer satisfaction.
  • Monitors care coordination and quality of care to identify areas for improvement.
  • Oversees the work performance of all assigned clinical staff.
  • Familiar with all marketing efforts and budgetary items.
  • Ensures clinical documentation is current and accurate and meets all regulatory requirements.
  • Responsible for ensuring the coordination of school, work or case management information for patients.

Requirements

  • Master's degree from an accredited school of social work or is qualified by education and experience in the social services needs of patients with psychiatric and substance abuse issues.
  • Current unencumbered clinical social work or counseling license per state requirements.
  • A knowledge of psychiatric and chemical dependency treatment principles required.
  • Previous experience in an outpatient partial hospital program and/or IP preferred.
  • CPR/BLS certification and Handle with Care within 30 days.
