About the role
The Clinical Program Manager oversees clinical program staff and teams, ensuring high-quality service delivery and comprehensive care for youth and families. This role requires a Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Counseling, Psychology, or related fields, with at least 3 years of relevant experience, including direct clinical experience in children's mental health.
Responsibilities
- Ensures effective coordination of services with other providers and community partners.
- Develops and implements clinical program philosophy, standards, policies, and procedures.
- Analyzes and uses outcome data to improve service delivery.
- Monitors and ensures achievement of defined outcomes and satisfaction levels for youth, families, and referring workers.
- Participates in organizational quality improvement efforts.
- Manages day-to-day operations, including administrative systems and resources.
- Provides direct services to families and children, as needed.
- Advocates for system change and collaborates with county agencies.
- Ensures clinical documentation meets agency and payor standards.
- Provides 24/7 availability as needed.
Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience, including direct clinical experience in children's mental health.
- Experience working with SED youth.
- Two years of adoption experience for Foster Care and Adoption Services.
- California licensure as LCSW, MFT, Ph.D., or LPHA eligible.
- Experience interfacing with County agencies and bi-lingual/bicultural knowledge.
