Clinical Programs Manager

About the role
The Clinical Program Manager is responsible for assisting the sales team to create sales plans, marketing strategies, and renewal strategies for group accounts with regard to clinical offerings.
Responsibilities
- Make formal presentations to prospective and existing clients, analyzing utilization data and presenting reports with recommended changes.
- Support customers as a consistent advisor for clinical program performance and recommendations.
- Meet with key customers as frequently as monthly to review clinical data, costs, and ROI.
- Partner with account management and analytics to prepare insightful reporting that guides clients in making data-driven decisions.
- Evaluate account utilization data to identify areas for targeting or opportunities for new programming to deliver savings and improved employee health.
- Prepare responses to RFPs and a variety of analytical reports in support of the program.
- Develop relationships with consultants and/or brokers, providing updates on Elevance Health's clinical programs and services.
- Advise Elevance Health Sales and Account Management on clinical programs and services to deliver value for customers, including formal training where needed.
- Stay current on the latest trends in care management for Elevance Health, competitors, and the healthcare industry overall.
- Travel to worksites and other locations as necessary.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree in a related field and a minimum of 4 years of related experience; or any combination of education and experience that provides an equivalent background.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, along with strong planning, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- RN license and/or other clinical credentials.
- Business/consulting background.
Pay
For candidates working in person or virtually in New York or New Jersey, the salary range for this position is $96,876 to $151,632. The salary offered is based on legitimate, non-discriminatory factors set by the company.

Schedule
Hybrid workforce strategy: Associates are required to work at an Elevance Health location at least once per week, with specific onsite requirements discussed during the hiring process.
