Our primary care physicians and their teams provide annual exams, preventive health screenings, wellness information and diagnostic services for you and your family. With offices throughout San Diego County, our doctors specialize in family medicine, internal medicine, pediatrics, and obstetrics and gynecology. Some locations also provide rheumatology and orthopedics care.
This is an exempt, benefited position located at the Oceanside Clinic with coverage responsibilities as needed. Hours are generally Monday-Friday from 9am-5pm. Eligible For The Management Incentive Compensation Plan.

Responsibilities
- Manage a team of 40 employees and 25 providers covering Internal Medicine, Family Medicine & Pediatrics.
- Daily operations of the patient care units or departments in an efficient and cost-effective manner.
- Contribute to strategic planning of business units.
- Coordinate the ongoing development and productivity of the physician office practices.
- Provide leadership and direction to staff to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations, quality outcomes, and internal and external customer service.
- Responsible for entire scope of department/location, including facilities management (emergency facilities support), where appropriate.
Requirements
- High school diploma plus five years current applicable experience in a healthcare environment and two years of leadership experience (supervisor and above).
- Ability to effectively manage healthcare business and operational practices.
- Strong computer skills, including knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other applicable systems.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and/or completion of formal leadership training.
- Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma.
- Ability to work in a fast paced, high volume clinic.
- Ambulatory work experience.
Pay
Position Pay Range: $49.21-$71.34/hour
