Associate Manager Clinic Operations - Family Medicine
About the role
The Manager, Medical Office is responsible for the overall planning, development, coordination, implementation and management of all medical office administrative functions and related medical office development activities in a medical office setting with less than 20 physicians. The primary focus of the position includes, but is not limited to, day-to-day operations, communication, and interoffice coordination to ensure service quality and financial management of the medical office.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the medical office, ensuring efficient workflow and service quality.
- Coordinate with other departments to facilitate smooth communication and interoffice coordination.
- Manage financial aspects of the medical office, including budgeting and expense tracking.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare laws and regulations, including HIPAA and other relevant standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 4 years of relevant work-related experience in healthcare administration or a similar field.
- Experience in an ambulatory care setting preferred.
- Experience with IDX, AEMR, and Allscripts systems preferred.

Skills
Strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in healthcare software are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is also required.

Pay
The base pay range for this position is $37.17 - $57.71 per hour. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
Schedule
This position is full-time and works a standard 40-hour week.
