We are seeking a Manager, Certifications to join our Marketing team in Dallas. This position will oversee certification programs and initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Oversee certification programs and initiatives
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee certifications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with company goals
- Monitor and report on certification program performance metrics
- Manage certification exams and related logistics
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Proven track record in managing certification programs
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with AI tools for candidate evaluation and assessment
Qualifications
- Knowledge of industry-standard certifications and their relevance to the organization
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with HRIS systems
