Role Overview

The Clinical Manager oversees clinical and operational aspects of patient care within various cardiac clinics and outreach sites.

Responsibilities

• Manage patient care processes, clinical skills development, and outcomes.
• Supervise staff, workflows, policies, and procedures to ensure high-quality care and service.
• Drive clinical quality measures and support bedside practice improvements.
• Participate as an active member of the leadership team.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and Montana RN license.
• Minimum of 3 years in a cardiac or related specialty, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
• Knowledge of clinical quality indicators and outcomes.
• Preferred: Master's Degree, ACLS certification, and extensive cardiovascular nursing experience.
