Role Overview The Clinical Manager for the Cardiac Service Line oversees clinical and operational functions across multiple cardiac care sites, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and service. Responsible for patient care processes, staff supervision, clinical workflows, policies, and clinical outcomes, with authority for staff development and satisfaction metrics. Acts as a leader within the CSL leadership team, promoting clinical excellence and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Manage clinical operations, workflows, and policies for cardiology clinics and outreach sites.Supervise staff, foster clinical skill development, and ensure quality outcomes.Drive patient safety, care standards, and customer satisfaction.Maintain compliance with clinical and organizational policies.Collaborate with leadership to improve clinical practices and outcomes. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required; Master's preferred.Active Montana RN license and BLS certification.Minimum of 3 years in nursing within a specialized unit, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.Knowledge of quality outcome measures and clinical indicators.Preferred: ACLS certification and extensive cardiovascular nursing experience.Strong leadership, communication, and clinical management skills.
