Role Overview The Clinical Manager of the Cardiac Service Line is a key member of the leadership team, responsible for the clinical and operational management of patient care areas to ensure high-quality care and excellent service. They oversee all clinical matters, including staff supervision, workflow processes, policies, and procedures across multiple clinics and outpatient sites, such as cardiology, device clinics, and labs. Key Responsibilities Manage clinical staff and patient care processes to optimize outcomes and satisfaction.Ensure compliance with policies and quality standards.Drive clinical outcomes and promote staff development. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's Degree in Nursing; Montana RN license.Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience in a relevant specialty.At least 1 year of leadership experience, with understanding of quality outcome measures.Additional preferred qualifications include a Master's Degree and ACLS certification.
