Role Overview The Clinical Nurse Manager leads clinical and operational management within the Cardiac Service Line, ensuring high-quality patient care and service delivery. They oversee patient care processes, clinical skill development, outcomes, and satisfaction for multiple clinics and departments, including the Cardiology Clinic, Outreach sites, Device Clinic, and Cardiac Lab. Responsibilities Manage staff supervision, workflows, policies, and proceduresDrive clinical outcomes and quality indicators to enhance bedside practiceEnsure compliance with clinical standards and regulatory requirementsLead clinical teams to foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvementCollaborate with leadership to optimize patient care and operational efficiency Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required; Master's preferredCurrent Montana RN license and BLS certification upon hireMinimum 3 years of nursing experience in a cardiac or related specialtyAt least 1 year in a leadership role with knowledge of quality outcomesPreferred: ACLS certification and in-depth cardiovascular nursing experience Key Attributes Strong clinical leadership and communication skillsAbility to apply quality metrics to clinical practiceCommitment to patient-centered care and team collaboration
