About the role

Manage the Outpatient Non-Invasive Lab, ensuring compliance with clinical and accreditation guidelines to support cardiovascular diagnosis and treatment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operational aspects, including fiscal management, safety, infection control, and public relations.
• Develop and maintain departmental policies, standards, and goals aligned with national guidelines.
• Ensure quality assurance, clinical performance, and patient/physician satisfaction through routine collaboration.
• Maintain ICAEL accreditation and monitor compliance with Joint Commission regulations.
• Manage staffing, including hiring, training, performance evaluation, and discipline.
• Prepare budgets, control costs, and plan for technology integration.
• Stay current with advancements in cardiac imaging and encourage staff development.
• Foster effective communication, teamwork, and research opportunities to improve patient care.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or related field.
• Registry in Nuclear Medicine (NM), Echocardiography (Echo), or Vascular imaging modalities.
• 8-10 years of diagnostic experience with 2-3 years of leadership experience.
• BLS certification required.
• Knowledge of accreditation standards, quality assurance, and budget management.
