About the role
The Manager, Cardiovascular Diagnostic Services at St. Joseph Hospital & Medical Center is responsible for managing the daily operations of assigned cardiovascular units and services. This includes strategic staffing, scheduling, financial oversight, quality control, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Expertly managing the daily operations of assigned cardiovascular units and services
- Facilitating communication and collaboration within and between hospital units and departments
- Maintaining ICAEL registry at St. Joseph's Hospital and Medical Center, St. Joseph's at Westgate and St. Joseph's Cancer Center
- Maintaining and demonstrating technical knowledge through ongoing education and participation in professional organizations
- Assisting in research programs by following protocol designed to test new FDA approved devices
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must possess:
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and job-related experience
- Five years of registered sonographer experience, with experience as supervisor or clinical lead
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS)
- A Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer certification

Pay
The posted compensation range for this position is $47.41 - $70.52 per hour, reflecting the lowest and highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting.
Schedule
The schedule for this position is 80 hours per pay period, with a weekly schedule of 8 am - 5 pm and a shift of Day.
