Clinical Manager - Cardiovascular

About the Role

This role requires a registered nurse with at least two years of experience in cardiovascular or intensive care. Candidates must be capable of critical thinking, effective communication, and working independently in high-pressure environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care
• Administer chemotherapy and biotherapy (ONCC certification required)
• Respond appropriately to clinical situations

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• ACLS certification (required for ICU, ED, PACU, Endo, Tele, OB, MHN Pre-Op, and Specialty areas)
• PALS certification (required for pediatric areas except NICU)
• Fetal Monitoring certification (required for L&D RNs)
• Newly licensed nurses have six months to obtain certain certifications
