About the role
The Manager, Business Systems at Capella, an IonQ company, plays a crucial role in supporting the strategic direction and operational efficiency of the business. This includes overseeing the development and implementation of business systems that enhance Capella's capabilities in national security, advanced sensing, and next-generation compute.Responsibilities
- Oversee the design and implementation of business systems that support Capella's mission.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies that improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices in business systems management.
- Lead initiatives to integrate new technologies and tools into existing systems to drive innovation and growth.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment on business objectives and system requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in business systems management, preferably within the national security or advanced sensing sectors.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and driving system improvements.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration across departments.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of industry-standard business systems and software tools.
- Experience with data analytics and reporting tools.
- Ability to analyze business processes and recommend system enhancements.
