About the role

Develop and maintain a high-quality portfolio of travel products for Klook’s rapidly growing, global customer base.
Acquire a diverse range of travel products across key destinations in the given region.
Support onboarding of products and coordinate with merchants, operations, content, finance, and quality control teams.
Cultivate relationships with partners to help maximize their sales potential on Klook.
Communicate Klook’s business strengths and brand value to suppliers, and create merchant success plans for long-term sustainable partnership.
Provide training and daily operational support to suppliers on our processes and tools.
Understand KPIs of each of our partner's stakeholders (working level, mid level, senior) and on company level to help deliver compelling proposals.
Commit to delivering a world-class travel experience to our customers, in terms of competitive pricing, sufficient inventory, realistic content, exclusive privileges, maintaining a market-leading position at all times.
Collaborate with various functions in the company globally - marketing to maximize sales, supplier operations to improve efficiency, customer services to drive satisfaction and repeats, finance to ensure accurate payment and minimize risk.
Provide market leaders with relevant information on identifying market trends and competitor updates.
Collect insights and intel from other industry players (OTAs/Travel agencies/DMO/Competitors of merchants) and conduct internal research for growth opportunities based on data analysis, insights from local MKT, planning team, etc.
Contribute to quarterly strategic planning and improvement initiatives aimed at achieving supply strength metrics goals.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of relevant work experience preferably within travel and/or online industries
  • Strong commercial sense, as well as analytical, written, and verbal communications skills
  • Confident, self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision
  • Globally-minded and comfortable working with people from different cultural backgrounds
  • A start-up attitude – highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, ready to roll up your sleeves, can-do attitude, strategic thinker, and passion for travel is a plus
