Position Summary

Drives business growth by developing and maintaining internal and external business relationships, understanding mutual value propositions, risks, and benefits, and supporting engagement and dialogue with stakeholders to mitigate risks, resolve issues, and realize value propositions and subsequent business objectives.

What you'll do...

  • Drives the overall sales strategy to ensure highest valuation by directing sales and the management of key accounts.
  • Negotiates and purchases any sub-primal needs that are not met with internal supply chain.
  • Manages outside purchases needed to meet specifications and procurement guidelines.
  • Ensures partners deliver on agreed contractual terms and oversees the exception approval process.
  • Coordinates, completes, and oversees job-related activities and assignments.
  • Supports plans and initiatives to meet customer and business needs.
  • Identifies and communicates goals and objectives.
  • Buils accountability for and measures progress in achieving results.
  • Identifies and addresses improvement opportunities and demonstrates adaptability and promotes continuous learning.
  • Supervises and develops opportunities for associates.
  • Hires and trains mentors.
  • Sets and assigns duties.
  • Provides recognition and promotes a belonging mindset in the workplace.

Additional Compensation

  • The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00.
  • Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
  • Additional compensation for certain positions may also include: Stock.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Marketing, or related field and 2 years’ experience in business development, market development, product development, or related area.
  • OR
  • 4 years’ experience in business development, market development, product development, or related area.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Sales, Supervisory experience.
