Manager - Business analyst -

Responsibilities

• Identify and screen land / real estate opportunities across India for family-level projects.
• Coordinate legal, technical, commercial and design due diligence with internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare valuation analysis, market benchmarking and comparable assessment for shortlisted opportunities.
• Manage consultants and stakeholders to ensure information flow, issue closure and transaction readiness.
• Prepare investment recommendations, decision notes and supporting analysis for management review.

Qualifications

• MBA / Real Estate professional preferred.
• Relevant Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in real estate, preferably across acquisitions, valuation, land transactions, due diligence and design-related analysis.
