Manager, Business Analyst
About the role
Join us as a Production Control Manager at Fiserv, where you'll lead production control operations to drive efficiency, quality, and strong resource utilization. This role partners across teams to keep production processes running smoothly, resolve issues quickly, and support secure data transmission.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the production control team to achieve operational excellence across day-to-day activities.
- Develop and implement production control strategies, policies, and procedures that support efficient, high-quality operations.
- Monitor and analyze production performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities and present performance reporting to senior management.
- Cook up and coordinate with cross-functional departments to ensure seamless production processes and timely delivery.
- Manage and optimize file transmission systems for secure data transfer while troubleshooting and resolving production issues promptly.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience developing and executing production control strategies, policies, and procedures.
- 8+ years of experience managing file transmission systems to support secure and efficient data transfer.
- 8+ years of experience using Appworx for scheduling and automation of production tasks.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent military experience.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience leading production control teams and driving continuous improvement.
- 10+ years of experience troubleshooting production issues and coordinating with multiple departments.
- 10+ years of experience monitoring production performance metrics to support operational excellence and innovation.

Pay
Salary Range: $100,000.00 - $165,600.00
These pay ranges apply to employees in New Jersey and New York. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.
Schedule
Full-time, direct-hire position.
