Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing policies and procedures.
- Staffing, training, scheduling.
- Oversight and supervision of tickets, ticket sales, customer service, and patron correspondence.
- Running the box office at performances.
- Run the Front of House Operations and the Show Box Office prior to and during performances, including communication and collaboration with marketing, artistic and production.
- Maintain box office and front of house schedules that are visible to all stakeholders on teams.
- Supervision of all FOH student workers, including house managers and ushers, at performances.
- Hiring/assigning, training, and supervision of student ticket office assistants (both work study hires and FOH/Box Office Student practicum assignments) who work in the main box office 12-5 p.m. daily.
- Evaluate student performance in all FOH/Box Office assignments each semester.
- Maintenance of ticketing systems.
- Some interfacing with marketing.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent and 6+ years of relevant experience or a Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience pursuant to Fla. Stat. 112.219(6).
- Master's Degree.
- Experience with customer service, public interaction.
- Box office/patron services professional experience in a theatre setting.
- Proven supervisory skills.
- Demonstrated organizational skills.

Pay
$17.64 to Negotiable
Schedule
Monday - Friday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with occasional nights and weekends.
