We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually we have company description, overview, responsibilities, requirements, preferred experience, additional information (benefits, compensation). We must not repeat job title. Use

for section headings: e.g., About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to include sections only when posting has real specific content. We have responsibilities (list), requirements (list), qualifications (maybe part of requirements), skills (maybe part of requirements), benefits (listed), pay (compensation range). Schedule not mentioned, so omit. Also we might have "About the role" could be overview. We'll include "About the role" with overview paragraphs. Also "Company Description" maybe not needed as heading? Could be part of About the role? The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can include About the role (overview), Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications (maybe separate), Skills (maybe separate), Benefits, Pay. We must not repeat job title. Also we must not include metadata like Job ID. We'll drop boilerplate. We need to preserve all substantive information. So we need to include details from company description, overview, responsibilities, requirements, preferred experience, additional information (benefits, compensation, etc). We'll need to parse and list items. Let's extract: Company Description: Zenith is one of Publicis Groupe’s largest media agencies, spanning 95 markets globally with US offices in New York, Burbank, Chicago, Atlanta and Detroit. For more than 30 years, we have been at the forefront of media, helping to evolve and reshape the industry. We are highly regarded as a true agency partner by many high-profile brands for our expertise across numerous categories and wide range of capabilities that are unparalleled in the industry. Clients hire us for our track record of excellence in strategic planning, investment, and measurement. We also have specialist offerings, including content, commerce, multicultural and future-proofed data capabilities. Overview: What does Zenith Analytics do? Working closely with both the Business Planning and Activation teams, Analytics designs the data strategy to tie our clients’ marketing to real-world business goals. We then mine that data to optimize campaigns and tell the stories that bring our clients closer to their marketing, helping them understand if they’re talking to the people they want, and if they’re doing it the right way. What does a successful Manager look like? We don’t all look the same, and we don’t expect you to, either. But successful members of our team generally have a passion for emerging tech and media, bring a data-driven approach to decision-making, have a fresh perspective and share it in a positive way, don’t shy away from a challenge, and are always hungry to learn more. We look for prior experience in media analytics, especially digital media. You should already be used to representing your team to external clients, since Managers are often the face of our Analytics team. We hope you’re a numbers whiz and know how to bring data to life through a compelling story. We’re also hoping you have at least a year’s worth of experience managing junior-level staff members and have at least four years of prior professional experience. What does an Analytics Manager do day-to-day? Our Managers work very closely with the Analysts and Senior Analysts to help them stay on track with day-to-day deliverables, but also build great stories. Managers also work closely with their Directors and above to formulate a vision for their accounts, and then execute on that vision with their Analysts and Senior Analysts. As such, Managers are mentors, managers, project managers, and thought leaders, all at the same time. This position will play a critical role in helping to demonstrate the effectiveness of media performance via analytical methods, from measurement strategy to data collection to analyses to actionable recommendations & optimizations. Responsibilities: Actually the posting says "Responsibilities Requirements:" then a list. Let's extract responsibilities list items: - 3+ years of work experience in media or related field - 1+ years in a managerial or supervisory role. - Bachelor’s degree. Degree in a related field is a plus (i.e. STEM, Economics, Marketing/Advertising, etc.). - Client service (agency, consulting, etc) experience preferred - Comfort in working in highly ambiguous, rapidly evolving environments - Develop strong collaborative relationship with media team members and partners, earning credibility to drive results as a respected advisor. - World-class customer service skills. Ability to service clients, partners and internal stakeholders by understanding their needs, translating those needs into creative solutions, and delivering on those solutions with diligence and a sense of urgency. - Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to both external and internal clients. - A strong natural curiosity for analytical problems and data challenges – and the willingness to understand the role of data from strategy to execution to optimization - Demonstrated strong project management skills - Proven skills in analytical and strategic thinking, project management, presenting, and communication - Strong understanding of traditional and digital advertising, strategy and measurement - Understanding of a broad range of online advertising media channels such as Search, Display Banners, Email, Contextual, and Social, as well as subject matter expertise in at least one of these areas - Extensive experience with digital media metrics (Impressions, Clicks, CTR, CPM, etc.). - Thought leadership on all aspects of offline and digital advertising, media strategy, and media measurement - Strong analytical skills are required, including the ability to analyze raw data, draw conclusions, and summarize actionable recommendations and their forecasted outcomes/implications. - Use statistical analyses to determine digital performance relative to benchmarks, testing results, and audience insights - Experience with digital media and analytics tools (Ad Servers, Measurement Vendors, BI Software) - Experience with querying relational databases with programs like SQL or proven aptitude to learn quickly - Advanced Excel skills (ability to work with macros, advanced formulas, pivot tables) and experience working with large data sets. - Ability to structure and manipulate large data sets to answer business questions. - Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office software such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint, including advanced Excel skills (ability to work with macros, advanced formulas, pivot tables) Then "Preferred Experience" list: - Experience with third party research partners such as DISQO, Dynata, GfK, Nielsen, and Comscore. - Experience with ad verification tools such as DV, IAS, Moat, etc. - Experience with using or analyzing data from CDPs, DMPs, MMPs, and Search, Social, and DSP Platforms. - Knowledge of visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI. - Experience with SQL, Python, and other data manipulation languages, or proven aptitude to learn quickly Additional Information: includes benefits description, compensation range, application deadline, etc. Benefits: Our benefits package includes medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401K, as well as parental and family care leave, family forming assistance, tuition reimbursement, and flexible time off. Also mention Publicis Groupe motto etc but that's fluff; we can include benefits. Pay: Compensation Range: USD $88,540.00 - USD $121,100.00/Annually. Schedule: not mentioned. We also have "Additional Information" includes "Our Publicis Groupe motto ..." and "If you require accommodation..." etc. That's boilerplate/EEO; we should remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. So we should remove the EEO lines, accommodation contact, Veterans Encouraged to Apply, etc. Also remove "If you require accommodation..." line. Also remove "Our Publicis Groupe motto ..." maybe not boilerplate but it's a value statement; could be considered fluff but not explicitly prohibited. However instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The motto is not EEO; it's a value statement; we could keep but maybe it's fluff. Safer to keep only substantive info: benefits, compensation. We'll omit the motto and accommodation lines. Also we have "The Company anticipates the application deadline for this job posting will be 11/8/2026." That's application instruction? It's a deadline; maybe considered application instruction; we should remove application instructions. So remove deadline. Thus final HTML: sections: About the role (overview + company description maybe), Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications (maybe we can combine requirements and qualifications?), Skills (maybe we can separate technical skills), Benefits, Pay. We need to avoid thin sections. Let's decide: - About the role: combine company description and overview paragraphs (maybe two

). - Responsibilities: list of duties? Actually the list we extracted includes many items that are more requirements than responsibilities. But the posting lumps them under "Responsibilities Requirements:" It's ambiguous. However we need to follow instruction: Use

  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we can treat that list as responsibilities (or requirements). We'll split: Responsibilities list (duties) maybe from the day-to-day description? But we have no explicit duties list besides the narrative. However we can treat the big list as requirements. We'll create a Requirements section with that list. Then we can have a Skills section for technical skills (Excel, SQL, etc.) but many are already in requirements. To avoid thin sections, we could combine Requirements and Skills into one Requirements section. But instruction says we can have Qualifications, Skills sections. We'll decide to have Requirements (includes experience, education, etc.) and Skills (technical). That seems reasonable. Let's extract skills: Advanced Excel skills, SQL, Python, data manipulation languages, Tableau, Power BI, ad verification tools, third-party research partners, CDPs/DMPs/MMPs/DSP, visualization tools, etc. Also "Experience with digital media and analytics tools (Ad Servers, Measurement Vendors, BI Software)". Also "Experience with querying relational databases with programs like SQL". Also "Advanced Excel skills". Also "Experience with SQL, Python, and other data manipulation languages". Also "Knowledge of visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI". Also "Experience with third party research partners such as DISQO, Dynata, GfK, Nielsen, and Comscore." Also "Experience with ad verification tools such as DV, IAS, Moat, etc." Also "Experience with using or analyzing data from CDPs, DMPs, MMPs, and Search, Social, and DSP Platforms." We'll put those in Skills
      . Requirements
will include: 3+ years work experience in media or related field, 1+ years managerial/supervisory role, Bachelor's degree (related field plus), Client service experience preferred, Comfort in ambiguous environments, Develop strong collaborative relationship..., World-class customer service skills, Strong communication skills, Strong natural curiosity..., Demonstrated strong project management skills, Proven skills in analytical and strategic thinking..., Strong understanding of traditional and digital advertising..., Understanding of online advertising media channels..., Extensive experience with digital media metrics, Thought leadership..., Strong analytical skills..., Use statistical analyses..., Ability to structure and manipulate large data sets..., Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) (maybe we could move Excel to skills but it's okay). We'll keep. Now Benefits
: medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401K, parental and family care leave, family forming assistance, tuition reimbursement, flexible time off. Pay

: Compensation Range: USD $88,540.00 - USD $121,100.00/Annually. We must not include schedule. Now produce HTML fragment:

          About the role

          Company description paragraph(s).

          Overview paragraph(s).

          Then

          Responsibilities

maybe we can skip if we treat responsibilities
