Responsibilities
- Leading the hands-on keyboard trading teams and liaising with Outcomes leadership to deliver on outcomes for clients.
- Serves as a key point of contact for client teams for ad hoc requests, day-to-day tactical questions.
- Translates deep audience understanding to media strategies including optimal environments, context, and formats for paid media.
- Accountable for planning work specifically, including Outcome metric analysis.
- Manages large budgets across multiple channels and campaigns.
- Comfortably manages internal and external relationships to oversee campaign launches and all requisite deliverables to clients and agency.
- Understands optimization methodologies and cadence across various KPIs.
- Coordinates with peers to ensure consistency in ways of working (process, tools & platforms, people).
- Helps educate junior trading teams on latest trends, best practices, technologies.
Requirements
- Experience managing large budgets across multiple channels and campaigns.
- Comfort and proficiency in managing internal and external relationships.
- Understanding of optimization methodologies and cadence across various KPIs.
- Comfortable with basic data, analytics, and measurement concepts.
- Proficient in Excel.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Pay
New York: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00
Schedule
Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager. Our objective is to increase this requirement over time, and many of our agencies as well as Omnicom’s corporate group already require five days of in-office attendance.
