Responsibilities

• Collaborate with architects, contractors, installers, landscapers, and designers to deliver high-quality homes.
• Manage the homebuilding process from start to finish using artificial intelligence and machine learning.
• Digitize the entire home building process to build homes 8x faster than other homebuilders.
• Ensure seamless communication and project management to minimize project delays and improve customer satisfaction.
• Address procurement and sourcing mistakes, insurance and permitting dependencies, and other industry issues.
• Develop and implement innovative solutions to improve the homebuilding process.
• Work remotely and in-home as needed.
• Support the wellness program to promote the health, happiness, and wellbeing of employees.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Real Estate, Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction, real estate, or technology industries.
• Experience with artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for building better and a commitment to excellence.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with project management tools and software.
• Knowledge of homebuilding processes and industry standards.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
