Manager
Requirements
Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience each visit. Some managers also lead Departments, which may include:
- Guest Service Department Manager: Ensure Crew and Managers deliver a great customer experience, manage sales promotions, train service staff, and organize the Front Counter McCafé and Drive-Thru areas for optimal service.
- Kitchen Department Manager: Ensure the restaurant delivers high-quality food and service, maintains food safety, controls food costs, and trains kitchen staff in production procedures, including new menu items.
- People Department Manager: Hire and train qualified crew members, ensure they start well at the restaurant, and motivate them throughout their time working there, while also helping them meet restaurant sales and profit goals.
Responsibilities
Previous managerial experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. We seek positive team players with flexible schedules who enjoy working in the fast-paced McDonald’s environment.
