Responsibilities

• Collaborate with architects, contractors, installers, landscapers, and designers to deliver high-quality homes.
• Manage the homebuilding process from start to finish using artificial intelligence and machine learning.
• Digitize the entire home building process to build homes 8x faster than other homebuilders.
• Ensure seamless communication and project management to minimize project delays and improve customer satisfaction.
• Address procurement and sourcing mistakes, insurance and permitting dependencies, and other industry issues.
• Develop and implement innovative solutions to solve industry problems.
• Work remotely to support a flexible and inclusive workplace culture.
• Support employee wellness through a comprehensive wellness program.

Requirements

• Experience in construction, real estate, design, or related fields.
• Strong problem-solving and innovation skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Proficiency in using artificial intelligence and machine learning tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Diverse perspective and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Real Estate, Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Proven track record of success in managing complex projects.
• Experience with homebuilding processes and technologies.
• Strong understanding of industry regulations and standards.
