Manager, Account Management (Emerging Enterprise)
for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections where there is real specific content. We need to parse content. Intro: "ZoomInfo is where careers accelerate..." repeated twice. That's generic marketing fluff, but it's about company culture. Could be considered "About the role"? Actually it's about company. Might be considered "About the role"? The instruction: Use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We should include sections only if posting has real specific content for it. We have: - Role description: "As a Manager, Account Management (Emerging Enterprise) on ZoomInfo's MidMarket VIP team, you'll lead a team..." That's role overview. Could be under "About the role". We'll include that. - Responsibilities: bullet list under "What You Will Do". That's responsibilities. - Requirements/Qualifications: "What You Bring" includes leadership experience, years, etc. That's qualifications/requirements. Could be split into Requirements and Qualifications? The instruction allows both but we should avoid thin sections. Probably combine into one "Requirements" or "Qualifications". We'll decide: Use "Requirements" for the bullet list of experience/skills. Could also have "Skills" separate but we can combine. - Benefits: "What’s In It For You" includes bullet list of benefits. Also later paragraph about benefits. So we have Benefits section. - Schedule: "This role is a hybrid position, with the option to work from home on Mondays & Fridays." That's schedule info. - Pay: The posting mentions "Actual compensation offered will be based on factors such as the candidate’s work location, qualifications, skills, experience and/or training. Your recruiter can share more information about the specific salary range for your desired work location during the hiring process." That's not a specific number, it's vague. The instruction says: never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. For Pay, they didn't give a specific range, just says based on factors and recruiter can share. That's essentially not specified. So we should NOT include a Pay section. - Benefits: we have specific benefits listed, so include Benefits. - Schedule: we have specific hybrid schedule, include Schedule. - About Us: that's company description, could be considered "About the role"? But we already have About the role. The "About Us" is more company overview. Could be omitted as boilerplate? It's not required but could be included as "About the role"? However the instruction says remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The "About Us" paragraph is not boilerplate but it's company description. Might be okay to include as part of "About the role" or separate? The heading list does not include "About Us". So we likely should not create a heading for it; we could incorporate into "About the role" paragraph. We must preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include the specifics from the "About Us" paragraph somewhere. Could add a
after the role overview. We must not repeat duplicated lines. The intro appears twice; we should include only once. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Let's structure:

after benefits maybe. But we should avoid duplication. The benefits list already covers many; the extra sentence is generic. Could include as a
after benefits. Also there is "About Us" paragraph: "ZoomInfo (NASDAQ: GTM) is the Go-To-Market Intelligence Platform that empowers businesses to grow faster with AI-ready insights, trusted data, and advanced automation. Its solutions provide more than 35,000 companies worldwide with a complete view of their customers, making every seller their best seller." plus privacy notice etc. That's boilerplate? It's company description but could be considered "About the role"? We already have some about ZoomInfo culture in About the role. Might be okay to add a
after About the role that includes this description. However we must not repeat duplicated lines. The intro about ZoomInfo culture appears twice; we already used once. The About Us paragraph is not duplicated elsewhere. So we can include it as a
after the role overview maybe. But we need to preserve all substantive information. So we should include that About Us paragraph somewhere. Could add a
after the role overview (still under About the role) or as a separate section? Since there is no heading for About Us, we could just add a
after the role overview within the About the role section. Thus About the role section will have two paragraphs: first the culture intro, second the role description, third maybe the About Us paragraph. Let's craft:
