Responsibilities
- Directly manage contingent Account Coordinators in US and Canada markets
- Act as the main contact for contingent staffing needs, including resource decisions
- Set and evaluate performance expectations for the Account Coordinators
- Create feedback channels between Account Management leadership and the Coordinator team
- Facilitate onboarding and training for new Account Coordinators
- Ensure effective team integration into UCAN Sales pods
- Oversee AC task volume, quality, and issue resolution
- Manage and document the operational playbook for the AC function
- Provide updates on team health and program effectiveness to the Director of Account Management
- Advocate for contingent AC support adjustments based on business changes
- Collaborate with Market Activation and Product teams on relevant workflows
Qualifications
- 7+ years in Account Management, Sales Operations, or campaign operations, especially in digital media or advertising
- Proven team leadership experience, focused on high performance standards
- In-depth knowledge of digital advertising campaign lifecycle
- Experience managing contingent workers and understanding staffing models
- Excellent organizational skills for managing multiple pods and priorities
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with leadership presentation experience
- Ability to operate independently while exercising good judgment in complex situations
