About the role
We’re hiring a Retail Mobile Manager to support our shop network, stepping into stores where needed and ensuring our high standards of retail excellence are maintained. No two days are the same – you’ll lead, inspire and make an immediate impact wherever you go.
Responsibilities
- Provide management cover across multiple shops
- Lead and motivate teams to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service
- Support with recruitment, training and development of volunteers
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and stock management
- Ensure compliance with health & safety and operational procedures
Requirements
- You’ll be a confident and adaptable retail professional who enjoys working across multiple locations
- You’ll bring: Experience in retail management (charity or commercial)
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- A flexible, “can-do” approach
- The ability to quickly build relationships with different teams
Qualifications
No specific qualifications are required, but experience in retail management (charity or commercial) is preferred.
