About the role

We’re hiring immediately for our respected Management Training Program. This position is located at 1161 University Ave W, St Paul, MN 55104 or 395 E 7th St, St Paul, MN 55101.

Responsibilities

  • Learn our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches
  • Serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert
  • Master the knowledge and skills needed to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team
  • Receive the guidance, mentoring, and support needed to be successful
  • Get out into the community and establish the relationships essential to building your own business
  • Learn how to excel at customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations
  • Learn what it means to always put our customers first
  • Experience friendly competition, which is critical to growing our business — and your success

Requirements

  • Must have a Bachelors degree
  • Must have a minimum of 1 year experience in any of the following:
    • Sales & Customer Service: commission sales, retail, restaurant/service, or hospitality industry
    • Leadership: military, athletics/team activities, or community, social, or academic organizations
  • Must have a valid driver's license, with no more than two moving violations and/or at fault accidents on driving record in the past three years
  • No drug or alcohol related convictions (DWI/DUI) on driving record in the past 3 years
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
  • Must be at least 18 years old

    Pay

    Qualifications
