Management Trainee

About the role

We’re hiring immediately for our respected Management Training Program. This position is located in the Puyallup, WA area with our flagship store at 179 River Road Suite A, Puyallup, WA 98371.

Responsibilities

• Learn our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches.
• Serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert.
• Master the knowledge and skills needed to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.
• Receive guidance, mentoring, and support to be successful in a hands-on learning environment.
• Establish relationships essential to building your own business.
• Excel at customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
• Put our customers first and understand the importance of friendly competition in growing the business and your success.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Cumulative 6 months experience in the last 5 years in any of the following: Sales, Customer Service, Leadership.
• A valid driver's license with no more than 2 civil moving violations on driving record in the last 3 years.
• At least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.

Qualifications

• Competitive Compensation - $60,000 based on a 45-hour work week, including an hourly rate of $24.29/hour plus overtime.
