About the role

This position is designed for individuals looking to develop leadership skills and gain hands-on experience in various aspects of business operations. The Management Trainee will work closely with experienced managers to learn about Outside Sales, Production/Warehouse Management, Office Management, and Service Management.

Responsibilities

  • Rotate through departments, immersing in the business from a leadership viewpoint.
  • Engage in outside sales activities to promote products and services while building customer relationships.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Analyze sales data and assist in making informed business decisions.
  • Collaborate with key leaders on various projects related to sales management and operational efficiency.
  • Participate in professional development with access to Executive Leadership Seminars and Divisional Summits.

Requirements

  • Must have, or will obtain, a Bachelor’s degree within six months.
  • Must meet all Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs, including:
    • Having an active driver's license.
    • Being at least 21 years of age.
    • Obtaining a DOT medical certification prior to the first day of employment.
    • Providing documentation regarding previous employment.

Qualifications

  • Preferred co-op or internship experience in Customer Service, Sales, Production, or Administrative roles.
  • Preferred business or related academic major.
  • Preferred leadership/management role on campus or related extracurricular activities.
  • Willingness to relocate regionally during, or at the end of, the program.

Pay

A reasonable estimate of base salary for this role is $61,000 per year. The range takes into account factors such as skill sets, experience, training, and other business and organizational needs.

Schedule

Full Time, 1st Shift.
