Job Overview

We're looking for enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our Management Trainee Program, offering a comprehensive 7-month rotational program designed to equip you with the experience and knowledge needed for a management role.

Essential Functions

As a Management Trainee at MHC, you'll work alongside seasoned team members, engage in innovative projects, and gain exposure to all facets of our business operations, including Parts, Service, Leasing, Management, and more!

What We're Looking For

  • Driven self-starters with a passion for critical thinking and a desire to grow within our company.
  • Strong communication and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Flexible people who thrive in dynamic environments and can navigate obstacles with a positive attitude.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Sales, Agriculture, or a related field.
  • A strong commitment to upholding MHC's core values of integrity, customer focus, teamwork, and innovation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred.
  • Leadership and sales skills are strongly preferred.
  • A strong commitment to providing quality work and excellent customer service.
  • The ability to accept constructive feedback.
  • Must be willing to relocate at the time of permanent placement.
