About the role
We’re hiring immediately for our respected Management Training Program. This position is located at 1501 W 10th Street, Antioch, CA.
Responsibilities
- Learn our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches.
- Serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert.
- Master the knowledge and skills needed to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team.
- Receive guidance, mentoring, and support to be successful in a hands-on learning environment.
- Establish relationships essential to building your own business.
- Develop skills in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
- Put our customers first in a culture of friendly competition.
Requirements
- A minimum of 1 year experience in sales, customer service, management or leadership.
- A Bachelor's Degree required.
- Authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
- Aged 18 or older.
- A valid unrestricted drivers license required.
