Management Trainee

About the role

We’re hiring immediately for our respected Management Training Program. This position is located in Port Charlotte, Florida, Punta Gorda 33950, Cape Coral 33990, or Cape Coral 33909. As a manager in training, you can expect a career path with a clear beginning and an open end full of opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Learn our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches
• Serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert
• Master the knowledge and skills needed to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team
• Receive guidance, mentoring, and support to be successful
• Get out into the community and establish relationships essential to building your own business
• Learn how to excel at customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations
• Understand the importance of putting our customers first
• Experience friendly competition to grow the business and your success

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• Must have six months cumulative experience or involvement in any of the following:
• Sales: Commission or sales with set goals and/or bonus potential
• Customer Service: In a service industry (i.e. retail, restaurant, hospitality)
• Management experience leading a team
• Participation as an athlete on a professional, semi-professional or collegiate team
• Leadership role on campus, clubs, organizations or community involvement

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years
• No drug or alcohol related convictions on Driving Record within the past 5 years (i.e. DUI/DWI)
• At least 18 years of age
