We are hiring in Hackensack, Englewood, Teaneck, Fort Lee, and Westwood, New Jersey. Our flagship branch is located at 11 East Anderson St, Hackensack, NJ 07011.

Responsibilities

As a Management Trainee, you’ll start learning our business from day one at one of our neighborhood branches. You will serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert. In our structured program, you will master the skills needed to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team.

• Gain hands-on experience in customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations
• Build relationships in the community to grow your own business
• Learn to prioritize customer needs in a culture of friendly competition

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in one of the following:
  • Sales & Customer Service: commission sales, retail, serving/restaurant/bar, or hospitality industry
  • Leadership: military, athletics/team activities, or community, social, or academic organizations
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Valid, unrestricted US driver’s license (ability to operate a motor vehicle is essential)
• Must live within a reasonable commute (no more than 1 hour) to the location(s) you are applying to within 30 days of anticipated start date
• Authorized to work in the United States without work authorization sponsorship now or in the future
• Available to work an average of 46 hours per week (aside from religious observations)
• Must be able to read, write, and understand English

New Jersey DMV Requirements: First-time drivers and those under 21 must complete the mandatory Graduated Driver License (GDL) program.
