Responsibilities

• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners while also handling behind-the-scenes operational duties.
• Master the knowledge and skills needed to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team through our structured program.
• Receive guidance, mentoring, and support in a hands-on learning environment.
• Engage with the community to build relationships essential for growing your own business.
• Learn to excel in customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations while prioritizing customer needs.
• Participate in friendly competition to help grow the business and your success.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of six months experience in customer service, leadership, or sales (e.g., commission sales, retail, serving/restaurant/bar, hospitality, military, athletics/team activities, or community/social/academic organizations).
• Valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol-related convictions on driving record in the past 3 years (e.g., DUI/DWI).
• Authorized to work in the United States without requiring work authorization sponsorship now or in the future.
