Responsibilities

• Serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert.
• Master the knowledge and skills needed to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team through our structured program.
• Learn to excel at customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations in a hands-on learning environment with guidance, mentoring, and support.
• Engage with the community to build relationships essential for growing your own business.
• Embrace a culture of friendly competition critical to growing our business and your success.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree completed prior to the start date (candidates may begin the interview process up to two semesters before graduation).
• Valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past three years.
• No drug or alcohol-related convictions (DWI/DUI) on driving record in the past 5 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States without requiring work authorization sponsorship now or in the future.
• At least 6 months of work experience in sales, customer service, and/or leadership/management (includes leadership in organizations/clubs, volunteer work, athletics, or military service).
• Must be at least 18 years old.
