Management Trainee

Role Overview

A Management Trainee is responsible for gaining comprehensive business knowledge through departmental rotations, developing leadership skills, and supporting various operational functions. The position involves engaging in outside sales, building customer relationships, providing exceptional service, analyzing sales data, and collaborating on projects to improve sales and efficiency. The trainee works closely with experienced managers across departments such as Sales, Production, Warehouse, Office, and Service Management, preparing for future career advancement.

Qualifications & Skills

• Must have or obtain a Bachelor's degree within six months
• Must meet DOT requirements including a valid driver's license, age 21+, DOT medical certification, and employment documentation
• Preferred experience in customer service, sales, or administrative roles
• Leadership roles or extracurricular activities are a plus
• Willingness to relocate regionally

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in departmental rotations to understand business operations from a leadership perspective
• Engage in outside sales activities and customer relationship management
• Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve inquiries efficiently
• Assist in sales analysis and business decision-making
• Collaborate on projects to enhance sales and operational effectiveness
